This house is approximately 2800 sqft. 5 days (approx, 11 hr days) from start to finish. All trim was converted to a latex finish: Primed with a bonding primer then top coated with Sherwin Williams ProClassic Semi-Gloss (spray application). All cut-in is by hand and done from wall to trim with the exception of all bathrooms and utility rooms which were painted by hand from trim to wall.
