 Exterior Repaint ~ This home was repainted the same color with a higher sheen. The home had a faded flat sheen and now has a satin finish. We used Duration Satin a Lifetime warranted product from Sherwin Williams. Colors:

Trim – Wrought Iron 18 photos |  Trim & Gable Repaint 21 photos |  Interior Repaint. This house is approximately 2800 sqft. 5 days (approx, 11 hr days) from start to finish. All trim was converted to a latex finish: Primed with a bonding primer then top coated with Sherwin Williams ProClassic Semi-Gloss (spray application). All cut-in is by hand and done from wall to trim with the exception of all bathrooms and utility rooms which were painted by hand from trim to wall. Painted trim only in Master Bedroom, all bathrooms and utility rooms.
