Exterior Repaint

Interior Repaint. Oil prime the whole interior, this includes crown molding, trim, doors, jams, walls, ceilings and kitchen cabinets. All of the latter will recieve a latex paint provided by Sherwin Williams. White Proclassic Semi Gloss for crown molding, trim, doors, jams, and cabinets. Modest White Contractor Satin for walls and flat white for ceilings.

New Construction – Condo's – The highest point is 36', this particular building is on a lot size of 40'x40', the interiors are approx. 1600sqft. The paint product for the Exterior is the NEW Sherwin Williams Resiliance Flat sheen. Trim is being done with Sherwin Williams Super Paint Flat sheen. All interior will be done with Sherwin Williams, Interior walls and ceilings will be done with Contractor's low sheen . Trim will be done with ProClassic Satin Waterborne. Exterior was a total of 144 man hrs with only 2 painters. Interior's time line for completion is approximately 5 days. (not in the works yet, still with studded walls at the moment)

This Exterior Repaint was painted with a lifetime paint provided by Sherwin Williams called, Duration. The best in the industry.

2000 SQFT 3 bdrm 2.5 bath

Oil Primer as base followed by Super Paint from Sherwin Williams. If I remember correctly this is an early 1900's (1914-ish) farm style home.

2 day completion time, Exterior repaint one coat with Super Paint. I originally proposed 2 coats the owner wanted to save some cash and went with one coat

2200 SQFT 3 bedrom 2 bath with converted basement (2 bedrooms and bath). Painted complete interior and exterior.

Exterior Only, 2 week competion time with 2 painters on the job.
