Our processes include but are not limited to the following:
- Scraping and sanding of all peeling areas followed by a primer is required.
- All surfaces must be washed free of mildew and dirt to achieve maximum adhesion of paint product.
- We will inspect all caulking around windows, doors and siding for appropriate removal and replacement.
- Rusty surfaces must be properly prepared prior to the application of primers, paints and stains.
- All surfaces surrounding the home that are NOT receiving an application of paint will be protected.
- 2 Coats of Paint will be applied as needed per home. For further information, request a proposal.
- The final step is an inspection with the home owner.
